Churchill Wrestling Club 2009-2010 Registration Options
In an effort to keep fees low we have our wrestlers participate in 2 fundraisers: Lancer letter challenge and the Wrestlathon.

The following forms should be downloaded and filled out for every wrestler prior to 1^st practice:

1)Interval History form
2)Liability Waiver form
3)Mentorship form (optional and only for 6-8 graders)
4)Club Expectations form

1^st day of practice and registration Tuesday, October 20, 5:45pm Churchill HS wrestling room

Registration fee is $50 which includes: club t-shirt

7 weeks of practice and competitions

Wrestlathon and Splash Party

Wrestling shoes are suggested.

1^st day of practice and registration Monday, October 19, 3:40pm Kennedy MS cafeteria

Registration fee is $75 which includes: Team t-shirt

Team warmup and singlet loaner

practice through January

Pot Luck banquet

Wrestling shoes are suggested and red shorts are required.

K-8 Advanced

Those more advanced wrestlers who wish to compete in USA sanctioned tournaments will need to purchase a USA card at http://www.usawmembership.com/ as part of the churchill wrestling club prior to practicing.

Total registration fees for these wrestlers is $150 and in addition to the other benefits it includes:
